A: Yes, and so much more. In addition to booking travel, we provide trip planning services, outreach during trip preparations, and direct contact during the trip, should any unexpected situations arise. We like to think of ourselves as a full-service travel company.
Q: Do I have to pay you up front for my vacation?
A: Not usually. Although some vacations may require payment upfront if booking at the last minute, most trips require only a deposit to hold the reservation, and payment in full once the travel date approaches.
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: NOTHING! Our fees are paid by commissions through hotels, tour groups, cruise lines and resorts and in many cases, we offer discounts and promotional deals that you might not know about.
Q: Wait, so your services are really free of charge?
A: Yes, really!
Q: How does your service work?
A: It’s simple! Just fill out the appropriate online request form for the type of vacation you wish to book. Once we receive your information, we will research your trip and reach out to you via email and phone within two business days to discuss your perfect vacation.

A: You name it, we plan it! From theme park vacations to national park explorations; honeymoons at all-inclusive resorts, to romantic tours of Europe; Caribbean cruises, to river cruises through Asia, we’ve got you covered.
Q: Do you work with the major resorts and cruise lines?
A: Yes, we work with ALL major resorts, cruise lines and tour companies when designing your destination. Companies include, Viking River and Ocean Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Gate 1, Tauck, Sandals, Globus, Perillo Tours, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Princess, Cunard, and many more.
Q: I’m looking to book a Disney World trip, and am overwhelmed by the amount of planning required. What type of services do you offer? Will you make FastPass+ and Advanced Dining Reservations?
A: We are well versed in the details of a Disney World vacation. As part of our service, we constantly check to see if new Disney resort deals are being offered that would lower your rates (even after you’ve paid your deposit).
In addition, we will make your FastPass+ and Advance Dining Reservations. Time Is Now Travel will work with you to decide what attractions and restaurants you wish to experience, and will take care of the rest. It is important to note, however, that some FastPass+ Reservations (such as Seven Dwarves Mine Train Ride) and Advance Dining Reservations (such the Cinderella’s Royal Table Character meals) are very difficult to arrange. While we make every effort to secure these reservations for you, we cannot guarantee them in every circumstance.

We will spend the time to find out exactly what type of trip you are looking to take. We make our resort, cruise and tour recommendations based on the best fit for you, not commission rates and agent quotas like other large travel agencies.
Our rates are competitive. We don’t charge more than the hotels, cruises, and resorts do, and often times we can get you extra incentives and deals not available to you when you book directly.
We continue to work with you after your trip has been planned, to make sure you have everything you need for your vacation.
We are always on call as your advocate should an unexpected situation arise on your vacation. We have direct access to dedicated contacts throughout the travel industry, to get any issue resolved quickly.
